from the ground,

Hi, I’m Jasmine. I’m a warm, relational, and integrative therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents, teenagers, and young adults as they navigate the emotional, relational, and developmental challenges of growing up. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work, helping clients process their experiences, build insight, and develop tools that support long-term growth and well-being. My mission is to create a therapeutic space where young people feel safe, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.

I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem and body image concerns, identity development, family and cultural pressures, and the weight of being the “strong one” in their relationships. I have a particular passion for supporting high achievers, first-generation students, and young people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown.

Drawing on my clinical training and my deep appreciation for movement and mind–body awareness, I integrate evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, attachment theory, and family systems approaches. I also use mindfulness and expressive tools to help clients tune into how their mind and body communicate with each other. My style is conversational, warm, and validating, while gently challenging clients to step outside their comfort zones when they are ready.

Outside the therapy room, my approach to life is shaped by curiosity, reflection, and movement. As a former athlete, I understand the importance of physical awareness and view movement as essential to emotional regulation and resilience. I also love reading, traveling, and exploring spaces that inspire self-discovery. These passions naturally influence my therapeutic work, encouraging clients to cultivate presence, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to themselves.
