Hi, I’m Jasmine. I work with high-achieving young adults and teens who feel constant pressure to succeed. Many of my clients are first- or second-generation South Asian or bicultural, navigating anxiety, burnout, OCD, perfectionism, and identity stress— all while balancing family expectations, cultural pressures, and personal goals.
I provide therapy that is culturally aware, collaborative, and practical, helping you build insight, confidence, and real-life skills you can actually use. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself.
Drawing on my clinical training and my deep appreciation for movement and mind–body awareness, I integrate evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, attachment theory, and family systems approaches. I also use mindfulness and expressive tools to help clients tune into how their mind and body communicate with each other. Therapy with me is warm, conversational, and direct. You won’t need to over-explain your culture or show up with everything figured out. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself and navigate life’s challenges more confidently.
Outside the therapy room, my approach to life is shaped by curiosity, reflection, and movement. As a former athlete, I understand the importance of physical awareness and view movement as essential to emotional regulation and resilience. I also love reading, traveling, and exploring spaces that inspire self-discovery. These passions naturally influence my therapeutic work, encouraging clients to cultivate presence, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to themselves.
